Attach the cabinet to the filament trunion rack with 5x screws along the back flange, 2x screws on the front (circled below), and 2x screws on the back.
Attach the humidity sensor to the bottom of the filament trunion rack:
Thread the cables underneath the trunions and into the electronics cabinet:. Connect the 10-pin connector to the SPIO header with the blue wire in the upper-right position.
Connect the temperature sensor cable to E1 TEMP:
REMOVE POWER PLUG FROM MACHINE
Mount the SSR to the last position in the electronics cabinet with 2x M4 screws.
Thread the power wires into the back of the electronics cabinet and connect as follows:
White wire from heater > terminal 2 of SSR
Black wire from heater > LIVE (black) terminal block
Loose white wire is connected from terminal 1 of SSR to NEUTRAL (white) terminal block
Two wires are connected from the Duet controller to the INPUT terminals of the SSR. Polarity matters. Connect the RED wire to the + input (terminal 3) and the BLACK wire to the - input (terminal 4). On the Duet side, screw the wires into the E1 HEAT terminal, red wire ABOVE:
